AI Accelerator & Memory

Advanced memory for next-generation AI.

High-bandwidth memory has become one of the most important technologies in modern AI accelerator architecture. Arxhe is developing an advanced-memory sourcing and integration program focused on direct HBM components for qualified AI accelerator applications.

Current Priority

HBM3E

Arxhe's current sourcing priority is production-qualified HBM3E. We are interested in HBM3E stack configurations appropriate for high-performance accelerator integration, subject to technical qualification of the specific product, package, capacity, bandwidth and integration pathway.

Key considerations include:

capacity per stack
stack height and layer configuration
memory bandwidth
data rate
interface requirements
power consumption
thermal characteristics
package dimensions
controller and PHY compatibility
advanced-packaging compatibility
manufacturing status
reliability
product traceability
long-term supply availability

Future Roadmap

HBM4

Arxhe intends to evaluate and adopt HBM4 as relevant products become commercially deployed, technically qualified and available in production volumes. HBM4 adoption will follow technical qualification rather than a predetermined calendar date.

Transition decisions will consider:

accelerator architecture
HBM interface requirements
capacity and bandwidth
base-die architecture
advanced packaging
power and thermal performance
product qualification
supply availability
commercial viability

Direct Component Sourcing

Direct HBM components, not secondary-market speculation.

Arxhe's HBM program is focused on genuine, production-qualified components intended for defined AI accelerator integration pathways. We do not treat advanced memory as an anonymous commodity.

Original manufacturer traceability

Products must be capable of being traced through an acceptable supply chain.

Product authenticity

New, unused and authentic product is required.

Technical qualification

The specific HBM structure must be compatible with the intended accelerator and packaging architecture.

Quality assurance

Lot information, production documentation and appropriate inspection processes are required.

Export compliance

Transactions must comply with applicable export controls, sanctions and destination requirements.

Integration Pathway

Semiconductor integration requires an ecosystem.

Direct HBM integration involves coordination across specialist capabilities. Arxhe works to develop qualified pathways with appropriate specialist partners for the relevant program. Detailed architecture and partner information is provided to qualified counterparties under appropriate confidentiality arrangements where required.
